Location: Coral Reef Park, 7895 SW 152nd Street, Palmetto Bay , FL 33157 (the 77th Street parking lot is open for load in - cars are to be moved for customer parking after load in complete)

Terms and Conditions

: 

Time:  10 - 4 pm - Vendors must arrive to be set up & ready for business by 10 am. Unfortunately, If not are late, you will not be able to set up and no refund will be issued.

Vendors must stay until 4 pm.  No Early breakdown will not be allowed 

​

No vendor cars are left in the parking lot. You are able to use the lot to unload, move your vehicle to 77th street and then set up your booth. Please move yout car prior after load in - prior to set up to make room for everyone else.

WE DO NOT RENT TENTS OR TABLES

10 x 10 tent spaces are available for a fee of $65 per day. We accept prepared food, breads, cheeses, honey, kombucha, non alcoholic beverages as well as handmade artisanal.goods. no mass produced items are permitted. Vendors must provide own WHITE tent, tables and chairs. All tents must be secured leg weights. All tables are required to have tablecloths.

Once approved you will receive a payment link. Payment must be received within 48 hours or your reservation will be cancelled. You can book multiple dates. Once approved you can use same payment link for future dates. 

​

In the event of cancellation for inclement weather or special event conflict, the vendor will receive a credit for a future date.

Please be certain you are available the dates you apply for. There can be no transfers or cancellations. There will be no refunds for any reason.

Set up instructions will be sent on the Friday prior to the event.
