Sunset Eats in Palmetto Bay is the perfect way to kick off your weekend, bringing together the community every week on Friday from 5–9 PM for an evening of food, fun, and flavor. This lively street food event features a rotating lineup of local vendors serving up everything from gourmet street food to sweet treats, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Families, friends, and neighbors gather under the setting sun to share great meals, and soak in the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re craving something new or looking for a relaxed night out, Sunset Eats offers a deliciously local experience in the heart of Palmetto Bay.

Terms and Conditions (and load in):

First come First serve - it is one way in and one way out. Vendors must stay for the entire evening.  There is no way to drive out until the event is over.   Vendor Booths will need to wagon or wheel there items in 20-30 feet - there is no load in "dock"  

 

• Vendors must provide own WHITE tent, tables and chairs.

• All tents must be secured leg weights.

• All tables are required to have tablecloths.​

• Quiet Generators - No loud generators permitted. 

• Once approved you will receive a payment link.

• Payment must be received within 48 hours or your reservation will be cancelled.

• You can book & pay for multiple dates. ​​

• This is a RAIN or SHINE event. (we can make weather realted cancellations for tropical storms and/or hurricanes but other than that we are open rain or shine) 

• Please be certain you are available the dates you apply for. 

• There can be no transfers or cancellations. There will be no refunds for any reason.​

You need to enter on the South Side of Park (near Palmetto Station Apartments) and 175th 

​

You will be lined up along Park Drive with no way to exit until the gate is open at 9 pm  (or early closure due to weather)   When using your GPS - Follow Directions to Palmetto Stations Apartments and it will bring you to the correct side.
