Location: Coral Reef Park, 7895 SW 152nd Street, Palmetto Bay , FL 33157 (the 77th
Street parking lot is open for load in - cars are to be moved for customer parking after load in complete.
Terms and Conditions:
Market Runs from: 10 am till 4 pm - Vendors must stay until 4 pm. No Early breakdown will be allowed. You must stay till 4 pm even if sold out.
Vendors must arrive to be set up & ready for business by 9:30 am. Unfortunately, If you are late, you will not be able to set up and no refund will be issued.
WE DO NOT RENT TENTS OR TABLES
10 x 10 tent spaces and food truck spots are available for a fee of $65 per day. We accept prepared food, breads, cheeses, honey, kombucha, non alcoholic beverages as well as handmade artisanal.goods. no mass produced items are permitted.

Vendors must provide own WHITE tent, tables and chairs.

All tents must be secured leg weights.

All tables are required to have tablecloths.

This is a RAIN or SHINE event. (we can make weather related cancellations for tropical storms and / or hurricanes but other than that we are open rain or shine)

Please be certain you are available the dates you apply for. There can be no transfers or cancellations. There will be no refunds for any reason.

Set up begins at 8 am - you can enter the park and set up your booth.
Additional Parking Information: There are two available Lots on 152nd both belonging to Coral Reef Park - they are just a short walk back to the market. We can also use the parking lot at Coral Reef Elementary which is RIGHT NEXT to the lot by the playground - another short walk back to the Market. Please Unload and relocate your car to one of these lots.
Parking for Vendor available on 77th street and in the parking lots on 152nd.
